What is the American Innovation Index™?

The American Innovation Index™ (Aii) scores and ranks the innovativeness of U.S. companies based on their customers’ perceptions. The Aii covers more than 200 companies from nearly 20 industries, based on experiences captured from over 30,000 customer touchpoints. The Aii is unique in that it measures innovation from the customer point of view rather than relying on expert opinions that bypass what customers actually experience.
